Developed in the 1920s, Bouldin Creek is one of Austin’s oldest and most popular neighborhoods. This neighborhood is conveniently located near downtown and is filled with a variety of cafes, coffee shops, eclectic eateries, and historic homes.

Close to many parks and the natural scenery of Lady Bird Lake, the Barton Creek Greenbelt, and Zilker Park, this area is also recognized for its proximity to entertainment venues like the Long Center for the Performing Arts, the Palmer Events Center, and Butler Park’s Auditorium Shores.

Diverse, laid-back, and completely in touch with the “Keep Austin Weird” vibe, Bouldin Creek is filled with quirky shops and trendy eateries. A thriving food trailer scene occupies the community on a regular basis.
