Just as the City of Austin and its' residents value sustainability, so does Trent. For the past four years Trent has gained a solid understanding behind real estate and the business case for sustainability by developing and executing corporate sustainability programs for Fortune 100 retailers and restaurants throughout the U.S and Canada as Co-Founder of Ecoxera, an environmental management firm based in Austin.Trent has now transferred his background of sales and sustainability from the national market to Austin - a city he has loved since high school road trips in the 90's. Trent specializes in central neighborhoods and the urban downtown core of Austin. His interest in sustainability still continues, where he supports responsible development, smart design and reuse practices that preserve the character and green space of Austin but acknowledge the density required to welcome new residents to the area. From new to existing homes, Trent provides a refreshing sense of professionalism and attention to his clients while offering insight around a properties efficiency, performance and renovation strategies, as well as a strong understanding of the lifestyle qualities that each of the different Austin neighborhoods have.
Outside of work, you might catch Trent exploring the green belt with his two dogs or enjoying a night out at a local restaurant near the 1920's cottage he has remodeled in the Zilker neighborhood. In addition, Trent enjoys spending time in his urban garden and has recently started a hill country project.
